ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a highly motivated Financial Analyst to join our team in a full-time role. To provide a comprehensive understanding of our business, the role begins with a 9-month Rotational Training Program. This unique opportunity allows you to gain hands-on experience in three core areas of our business - Investment Management, Portfolio Management, and Transactions. By the end of the Program, you will have developed a broad understanding of our operations and be well-positioned for a long-term role within the firm.
As a Financial Analyst, you will be involved in:
• Executing business plans, and support investment management strategies
• Portfolio management, including portfolio positioning, buy/hold analysis, performance tracking, reporting, and strategy work related to develop investment product offerings
• Market research and benchmarking to support strategic decision-making process
• Supporting investment decisions through in-depth financial and market analysis
• Perform financial modeling and prepare presentation materials for the investment committee on new investment opportunities
YOUR PROFILE
We are looking for a driven, analytical, and detail-oriented individual with a strong interest in private equity real estate. You are a final-year Master’s - or Bachelor’s student pursuing a degree in finance, economics, engineering, mathematics, real estate, or an equivalent field. Ideal candidates have:
• Strong financial acumen - deep understanding of financial theory, valuation, and market dynamics
• Strong financial skills - a good understanding of financial analysis and modeling
• Advanced Excel & PowerPoint skills, and experience with data analysis & AI-driven tools
• A results-driven and proactive mindset, with a strong work ethic
• Team player with problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills in Swedish and in English
