Genesta Signs New Lease Agreement in Public

Genesta has signed a new lease agreement with Waterland in its landmark office property Public, located in Ørestad, Copenhagen. Over the summer, Waterland relocated its Danish headquarters within the same property but into new premises.

Since Genesta acquired the 32,704 square meter multi-let building in April 2021, it has undergone extensive renovations with strong focus on sustainability and people. Beside substantial upgrades of tenants´ premises and common areas, a well-defined action plan is in place to ensure superior energy efficiency and reduce the building´s carbon footprint.

With its 80-meter tower, the property is one of the tallest buildings in Denmark, offering exceptional views of Copenhagen and Øresund. Located between the city center and Copenhagen Airport, the office property benefits from excellent infrastructure, including the Ørestad metro station and regional train station right outside the door.
