Genesta announces the appointment of Stephen Tross as Senior Advisor as per 1 May 2026. Stephen brings more than 35 years of international real estate experience, most recently as Chief Investment Officer and Board Member at Bouwinvest.
With a background from PwC and KPMG and amongst others senior leadership roles within real estate industry organizations like INREV in Europe, Afire and PREA in the US and most notably chairmanship of ANREV in Asia-Pacific, Stephen combines financial discipline, leadership and governance expertise and deep investment- and global capital markets insight.
