Genesta is pleased to announce that Satair has signed a long-term lease for 7,900 square meters of office space at Public in Ørestad, Copenhagen. The company will relocate its head office to the building, with move-in scheduled for April 2026.

Founded in 1957, Satair is a global leader in aircraft components and services. The decision to relocate their headquarters to Public underlines the building’s appeal as a modern, flexible, and future-ready workplace for ambitious international companies.

- We’re very happy to welcome Satair to Public, says Allan Strand Olesen at Genesta. Their choice confirms what we strongly believe – that Public offers more than just square meters. It’s a place where forward-looking companies can thrive in an atmosphere shaped by design and ambition.

- We are delighted to be establishing our new head office at Public, says Richard Stoddart, CEO of Satair. This move signifies a strategic investment in our future, providing us with a modern, dynamic, and collaborative environment that will empower our teams and foster innovation. Public's outstanding amenities and prime location in Ørestad perfectly align with our commitment to attracting and retaining top talent, ultimately enabling us to better serve our customers, suppliers and partners and continue our global leadership in the aerospace aftermarket — but above everything, a fantastic new home for our people.

Since acquiring the 32,704 sqm building in 2021, Genesta has undertaken a full-scale transformation to modernize both tenant spaces and shared amenities, including lounges, restaurants and an auditorium – all while retaining the character and quality of the original architecture.

Public is ideally located just steps from Ørestad’s metro, train, and bus lines.
