Genesta is pleased to announce the appointment of Niko Heikkinen as the new Investment Manager of The Väinö House. This leadership transition follows Marja Liisa Suutarinen’s decision to gradually shift her focus towards Voimatalo, Genesta's newest downtown development.
Marja Liisa expressed her confidence in Niko, stating, “Niko’s can-do attitude and exceptional attention to detail assure me that The Väinö House is in excellent hands.”
Although Marja Liisa is taking a step back from The Väinö House, she remains actively involved with Genesta’s newest project in Kamppi, Voimatalo, where she is dedicated to turning it into the company’s latest success story. This transition allows her to focus more resources and energy on this exciting development.
