New Tenant on the 18th Floor in Public

Genesta has signed a lease agreement with the audit and consulting company Powered By for space in its office building Public, located in Ørestad, Copenhagen. The new tenant occupies 664 square meters on the 18th floor in the tower of the office building.

Since acquiring the 32,704 square meter building in April 2021, Genesta has undertaken significant renovations to modernize the property while respecting its original architectural design. These upgrades include improvements to tenant spaces and common areas, incorporating practices to enhance energy efficiency and reduce the building’s carbon footprint.

Public offers a range of amenities such as an auditorium, lounges, and restaurants, all within easy reach of Ørestad’s metro, bus, and regional train stations.

In addition to the signing with Powered By, Genesta has previously announced that new lease agreements have been signed with Nokia, Waterland, and Smith+Nephew, among other highly reputable companies in Public.
