Henrik Bastman Joins Genesta

Henrik Bastman has joined Genesta as head of transactions. He will be responsible for acquisitions and sales across all markets where Genesta has a presence. Henrik will also become a director of the company and be a member of the management group. He will take up his new position at Genesta in October.

Henrik joins us from AXA Real Estate, where he was head of the Nordics.

At the start of the summer, Genesta Nordic Real Estate Fund II had its first closing at EUR 165 million. Genesta expects to raise a total of between EUR 350 and EUR 400 million for this new fund and an initial acquisition has been made in Helsinki.
