Genesta Signs New Lease at PUBLIC in Copenhagen

Genesta has signed a lease agreement with Randstad at PUBLIC in Ørestad, Copenhagen. Randstad will move into the premises this summer.

The company has leased the 8th floor in The View, the tower section of the building, which offers open floorplates and panorama views across Copenhagen.

Since acquiring the property in 2021, Genesta has undertaken a comprehensive redevelopment of the building with a focus on quality, functionality and stronger shared areas. The result is modernised common spaces and improved tenant facilities throughout the property.
