Genesta Signs Major Lease with Malling & Co at DMG 15, Oslo

Genesta is pleased to announce the signing of a major lease with the real estate advisor Malling & Co in DMG 15 (Dronning Mauds gate 15), Oslo. Malling & Co will occupy 2,900 sqm of the property, located on the fourth and fifth floor. The premises will be refurbished and Malling & Co is scheduled to move in during the fall 2017.

Genesta acquired DMG 15 on behalf of GNRE Fund II in April 2016.

The new tenant, Malling & Co, is a provider of commercial real estate services. Through more than 150 professionals they provide services within property and company management, tenant representation, sales/buy-side advisory, leasing and property development. They have offices in Olso, Drammen and Stavanger.
