Genesta Signs Major Lease with Law Firm at Kalvebod Brygge 32

Genesta signs a lease with Danish Law Firm Poul Schmidt (“Kammeradvokaten”) at Kalvebod Brygge 32 in Copenhagen. The 28,700 sqm former freight terminal is now fully let and will host three blue chip tenants.

Kammeradvokaten will take occupancy upon completion of the ongoing comprehensive renovation and refurbishment program.

- When we acquired Kalvebod Brygge 32 our vision was to create a modern and efficient work space designed for the very kind of tenant that will now occupy the premises. We are looking forward to developing the property in close cooperation with Kammeradvokaten, comments Genesta’s CEO David Neil.

Genesta acquired the property, located in the new CBD, in February 2018 on the behalf of GNRE (Genesta Nordic Real Estate) Fund II. When acquired, the property was circa 30% occupied.
