Genesta Signs Major Lease in Helsinki
The building is now fully leased apart from a small retail premise on street level. Krogerus will move in following the ongoing renovation, which is scheduled to be completed during fall 2021.
The office property is located on the square Kasarmitori in Kaartinkaupunki. The area is a preferred office location for several top tier law firms and is home to multiple larger corporate headquarters. Last year the popular Lebanese restaurant Farouge opened in the building. Krogerus, who will occupy five floors, will also get access to a roof terrace.
Genesta acquired the property in July 2016 on the behalf of GNRE (Genesta Nordic Real Estate) Fund II.
We are excited to have Krogerus as a tenant and to offer them such high quality office space in central Helsinki. We are now looking forward to developing the property in close cooperation with Krogerus.
