Genesta has signed approximately 5,500 sqm of retail space at Arninge C in north-east Stockholm with Power, thansen and a third retail operator.

The new tenants will take occupancy in the former ICA Kvantum premises, bringing new life to a central part of Arninge C. Handover is scheduled for the end of the year, following completion of tenant adaptations, with store openings planned for early 2027.

Since acquiring the properties in 2017, Genesta has actively repositioned Arninge C, attracting tenants such as Jula, Dollarstore, Hööks, Elon, Arken Zoo and Nordic Wellness, alongside healthcare and food operators.

Today, Arninge C has evolved into a modern, diversified and needs-driven retail destination serving a strong and growing local catchment.
