Genesta Moves To New Premises

Genesta will relocate to new offices in the center of Helsinki on the October 6th, 2016. The company’s new address in Finland will be Erottajankatu 7 A, 00130 Helsinki. Phone numbers will not be effected by the move.

“Finland remains a primary target market for Genesta’s real estate investment funds. We have recently acquired three office properties in central Helsinki and are actively looking to invest more capital into the market. Moving and modernizing our office accommodation in Helsinki supports our existing business and allows for future expansion”, says David Neil, CEO at Genesta.

“We occupied our previous office for ten years so we felt the time was right to move on. Temporarily stepping into the shoes of our real estate clients, so to speak, was quite exciting”, comments Investment Manager Lena Schreiber who has led the relocation project.
