Genesta is Hiring: Private Equity Analyst, Investment Management

Genesta is expanding its Investment Management team with a new Analyst position based in Stockholm. The role will support asset management across the Nordic portfolio — from financial modeling and performance tracking to the growing use of AI-based tools in forecasting, benchmarking and strategic planning.

The position reflects how the team's work has evolved: alongside traditional financial analysis, the role calls for proficiency in data-driven and AI-focused tools, a shift that increasingly shapes how investment decisions are made across the portfolio.

The role is open to candidates with 0–2 years of experience and a background in finance, economics, engineering, mathematics, statistics, computer science or real estate.
