We are pleased to announce that our fund GNRE Fund II achieved the highest possible rating of 5 Stars and is selected as Sector Leader by GRESB in the 2020 Real Estate Assessment.

The GRESB Sector Leader Awards Program recognizes real estate and infrastructure companies, funds and assets that have demonstrated outstanding leadership in sustainability.

Five years of constant improvement

The fund reached 84 points compared to a GRESB average of 70 points and a peer average of 66 points. The fund achieved first place in its predominant peer group and was selected as the Sector Leader in the Diversified - Office/Industrial, Europe Regional Non-listed category.

This year was the 5th year in a row for GNRE Fund II participating in GRESB and the fund has improved its result every year.
