Genesta and Infrahubs Expand Husqvarna´s Warehouse by 35,000 sqm

Infrahubs and Genesta are expanding Husqvarna's warehouse in Jönköping by 35,000 square meters. This expansion will bring the total leasable area of the logistics property to over 80,000 square meters.
The project is a continuation of Genesta's acquisition in May 2023 and strengthens Jönköping's role as a central hub for modern logistics.

The property, currently fully leased to Husqvarna AB, is strategically located with excellent access to the E4 highway and is designed for future logistics needs in terms of automation and sustainability.

The expansion is scheduled for completion by the end of 2025, which will increase Genesta's total logistics holdings to approximately 350,000 square meters. The portfolio includes, among others, ICA's central warehouse in Västerås and the newly built Enköping Logistikcenter.
