All Genesta funds received 5-star ratings in this year’s GRESB assessment — and the detailed results show just how strongly they performed, placing Genesta among the very top performers in Europe.
Within the Non-listed, Value-add, Closed-ended category, Genesta’s funds achieved impressive rankings:

GNRE Fund III ranked 1st in Europe out of 118 participants

GNRE Fund II ranked 5th, placing within the top 5% in Europe

GNRE Core Plus (Open-ended) also performed strongly, ranking within the top 5.8% in Europe
