The GRESB assessment is a key indicator of sustainability performance in the real estate sector, and this year’s results highlight the exceptional progress our funds have made in terms of environmental, social, and governance (ESG) practices.
Core Plus Open Ended – 4 stars, 83/100
Marking our second year highlighting sustainability through the GRESB lens, we joyfully announce our leap to a brilliant 4-star rating with an 83/100 GRESB score! Our submission made in June 2024 has now ripened into stellar October results, proudly demonstrating a bold 2-star ascension and a significant 10-point surge from last year. Kudos to the entire team for a perfect 30 point in management and showcasing a robust ESG performance, the pillars of this splendid result!
GNRE Fund II – 5 stars, 91/100
The funds commitment to GRESB shines undimmed in its sixth consecutive submission—this time for the year 2023. Our steadfast dedication culminated in a resounding note of excellence with the GRESB accolade of 91/100 points, securing a 5-star distinction. Scoring within the highest star category is a testament to our perpetual growth with a praiseworthy 4-point increase. Celebrating our near-perfect management score, Genesta is setting benchmarks for ESG performance.
GNRE Fund III – 4 stars, 86/100
Continuing our GRESB voyage, Fund III embraces its fourth year with a remarkable display of our ESG commitment, scoring an impressive 86/100. This strong performance, published in October post-June's detailed submission, reflects a commendable 4-star rating and a noteworthy 5-point improvement. Achieving a perfect score of 30/30 points in management and a formidable ESG performance, we're celebrating the fruits of relentless pursuit towards sustainable excellence.
