First Groundbreaking for Husqvarna's Expanded Logistics Facility in Jönköping

The first shovel has hit the ground for the expansion of Husqvarna's logistics facility in Stigamo, Jönköping. The project, which adds 35,000 square meters of state-of-the-art space —equivalent to nearly five football fields— will make the existed building to one of the region’s largest and most modern logistics properties.

By the time the expansion is completed in late 2025, the facility will boast a total area exceeding 80,000 square meters.

Strategically located along the E4 motorway, the new section of the facility is designed to support modern logistics operations, with a strong emphasis on automation and environmental sustainability. Fully leased to Husqvarna AB, the facility will accommodate the company’s growing demand while consolidating their logistics operations into a single, streamlined site.

The groundbreaking ceremony, attended by representatives from Infrahubs, Ylab, Genesta, and Husqvarna, symbolized a shared commitment to delivering the next generation of logistics properties.
