Aviva Investors and Genesta Execute Major new Lease at Manttaalitie 5-7 in Helsinki

Aviva Investors and Genesta are pleased to announce the execution of a major new, 10-year lease for some 4,500 sqm. of combined storage space, office premises and staff quarters at Manttaalitie 5-7, part of the Manttaalitie logistics centre.

The Manttaalitie logistics centre comprises two buildings with a combined leasable area of 22 649 sq m. The multi-tenant property offers a prime strategic location at Finland’s primary air-traffic and air cargo node. The Helsinki Airport area is also the fastest-growing concentration of business activity in the Helsinki capital area.
The property is centrally located next to Ring road III which is the main logistics belt of the Helsinki Metropolitan Area.
